The bag (1) has a surface facing arm or leg when carried, which is at least partially covered by an anti-slip material. A strap (2) is fastened to opposite points (14,15) of the bag, and the strap also has an anti-slip cover. The belt has a central part (12) of flexible material. It may consist of two parts connected via a buckle, or a hook-and-loop fastener.
