PURPOSE: A wire/wireless Internet advertising method is provided to transmit an advertisement through one advertisement exclusive charge web server and share the advertisement between companies using a web server, a personal computer IP address, and an inherent number of an individual mobile through a wire/wireless Internet network. CONSTITUTION: A client connects to a client Internet(S101). The client visits to an advertiser, a web site businessman, an advertisement exclusive charge web server businessman, and an advertisement contracted web site(S102). The client requests at least one command to the visited web server(S103). The web server transmits an IP address of the client and an IP address of the visited web site to the advertisement exclusive charge web server(S104). The advertisement exclusive charge web server stores the visitor IP address and the visited web site IP address(S105). The advertisement exclusive charge web server transmits an advertisement of an advertiser to the client through the IP address(S106). The client displays data transmitted in the advertisement exclusive charge web server(S107). The client is requested for inputting information based on information displayed on a monitor screen(S108). The client inputs information and transmits the information to the advertisement exclusive charge web server through an Internet network(S110). The data transmitted by the client are classified in the advertisement exclusive charge web server and stored in a DB(S111). A respondent stored in a free gift and question survey respondent DB is drawn through a respondent lottery application server, and the lottery result is informed to the successful respondent through E-mail or a telephone(S112).
