PURPOSE: Apparatus and method for molding a balance weight for vehicles are provided to achieve a uniform quality and a high productivity through the automation of a whole manufacturing process of the balance weight. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for molding a balance weight for vehicles comprises a clip supplier, a lead solution supplier(20), a driving motor(50), a rotating disk coupled to a driving shaft of the motor, a mold unit having a plurality of lower molds(61) arranged at regular distances along the outer peripheral surface of the rotating disk and an upper mold(62) disposed so as to vertically move above the rotating disk, a clip transfer unit, a clip fixing unit, and a balance weight discharge unit(130).
