PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performances of an equalizer and a system by restoring an phase offset caused by the mutual interference of each broadcasting signal at the restoration of the broadcasting signal transmitted through a multiple communication path.

SOLUTION: The error restoring device includes an ADC unit for sampling a received broadcasting signal of an analog format, a separating unit for transferring the analog-format broadcasting signal to a base band and separating the broadcasting signal to the same phase channel signal and a quadrature phase channel signal, a sampling distortion compensating unit for compensating an error at the broadcasting signal generated by the sampling of the ADC unit, a phase error compensating unit for a phase error caused by the mutual interference of received broadcasting signals when the broadcasting signal is transmitted through a multiple communication path, and an equalizer for removing a broadcasting signal received from a communication path other than the main communication path for transmitting the broadcasting signal.
