<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information control system capable of facilitating to record and refer necessary information in a working site and being profitable in performing high quality site works using the information. <P>SOLUTION: Index information comprising data carrier information of a data carrier 20 is read by a reader/writer 30 and received by data carrier communication means 41. A voice expressing a voice contents request command is inputted in a microphone part 4010 comprising voice input means 43. Terminal communication controlling means 42 transmits the data carrier information and the voice contents request command to server means 60 via a network 50.
