<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a current value always proportional to a current detected even when the detected current flows in both directions. <P>SOLUTION: Since both ends of a diode D1 are short-circuited by a MOSFET 3 even when the detected current iP flows in a reverse direction, an impedance of a secondary winding 2B side of a current transformer 2 becomes low so that almost no exciting current iL flows to the transformer 2. Accordingly, even when the current iP detected flows in both directions, a current value always proportional to the current iP can be obtained without depending upon the exciting current value of the transformer 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
