PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the shielding property of an electronic device, to remove influence of electromagnetic waves and to lighten the device. SOLUTION: In a disk device 11, the front end 14a of an upper cover 14 abuts on the upper part 60a of a conduction member 60 and it is electrically conducted to the conduction member 60 in a state where a tray 20 is locked in a disk loading position. The front end 70a of a bottom cover 70 fitted to the bottom of the tray 20 abuts on the lower part 60b of the conduction member 60 and it is electrically conducted to the conduction member 60. Since a conductive cloth 66 is elastically supported by an elastic member 64, it is grounded in a state where it is depressed by the front end 14a of the upper cover 14 and the front end 70a of the bottom cover 70, and it is deformed so that it is penetrated. Thus, the conductive cloth 66 is securely grounded and can securely shield the electromagnetic wave from outside. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
