PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reliable high speed reading of dynamic image by enhancing an open area ratio, in addition to a large area and total digitization not only of general photographing but also of fluoroscopy by improving a sensor reset system in a conventional FPD. SOLUTION: As a switching means of an electric signal obtained at an MIS type photoelectric converting section 11, a transfer TFT 12 performing signal transfer operation and a reset TFT 19 performing signal reset operation by applying a constant potential to the MIS type photoelectric converting section 11 are provided. The reset operation of each pixel in one line on a prestage read out already is performed while signal transfer operation is carried out as read operation for each pixel in one line.
