PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TAB tape for which the reliability of electric connection by an anisotropic connector is high and fine electric wiring is formed, and the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: For the TAB tape of this invention, a connection terminal 2a and the electric wiring 2b are provided on an insulating base film 1 and the connection terminal 2a is formed thicker than the electric wiring 2b.
