<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device for a certification photograph which can shorten the display time of a photographed image so that a person to be photographed can confirm the image without waiting by instantly displaying the photographed image on a monitor after photographing is finished, produce a high-quality print with beautiful finish quality just after the person to be photographed confirms the image, and accelerate print production to improve photographing efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This photographing device has a facial image photographing means for photographing the face of a subject, a displaying means for displaying a facial image obtained by the photographing means, and a processing means for performing image processing of the facial image.
