<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer service system capable of enhancing services by eliminating contradiction of requiring a charge to confirm another charge. <P>SOLUTION: The customer service system 10 is provided with: a function of disclosing prescribed personal information to an access party after operations of authenticating the accessed party to terminals 53A, 53B, 53C, ...; and a function of allowing the access party to automatically transmit update information of the personal information via a simpler accessible route.
