PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize whether data can be inputted/outputted between physically connected equipment. SOLUTION: A connecting state control part 203 determines whether or not selected equipment can be logically connected to all the physically connected equipment respectively based on equipment input/output function information inputted via an equipment information input/output part 201 and stored in an equipment information storage part 202. This device displays the determination results into a list by corresponding to an equipment display shown in an output equipment list 301 and an input equipment list 302 as a logical connecting affirmative/negative display 303, so as to visually and easily recognize whether the data can be inputted/outputted between the equipment by the output equipment list 301 and the input equipment list 302 outputted into the list, and the logical connection affirmative/negative display 303.
