[Class 140] In the manufacture of inlaid linoleum or similar inlaid material as described in the parent Specification in which granular inlaying composition is fed to a stencil opening and an inclined blade or the like moved across the opening to compress the composition therein, additional composition is fed subsequently to the opening and similarly compressed. The feeding and compressing apparatus is identical with that described in Specification 469,154.
