<p>The device is assembled of a base (31), a vertical support bar (32) carrying a housing (33) with a laterally joined handle (37), a receptacle (38), positioned on top of the base (31), and the conical pressing element (342) attached to the lower end of a vertical bar (34). When the handle (37) is moved a toothed wheel at its upper end inside the housing (33) is rotated and acts on the vertical bar (34) which is designed as a toothed rack and moved downwards against the forces of a return spring (30) enveloping the upper area of the bar (34).</p> |
