PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of yacon-containing rice by dissolving a yacon extract or powder thereof in water. Therefore, the manufactured rice contains the components of yacon beneficial to the human body. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of yacon-containing rice is characterized by the steps of: preparing a yacon solution by dissolving a yacon extract or powder in water; coating or impregnating rice with the yacon solution; and drying the rice. |
