<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extension fixture for a pitch between flat cable wires. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of plate-shaped protrusions 2 in a comb-teeth shape are made to stand and provided at an upper surface 1a of a rectangular copper base 1 as a working unit 10. The cross section at a standing position of the protrusions 2 imitates a cross-section shape of a space between adjacent parallel wires C with each other, after a parallel pitch is extended, and is formed so as to have an inclination which lowers in the direction of the width of the cross-section extends. A pair of standing guide members 12, facing in the width direction, are formed on the upper surface of the rectangular copper base 11 as a guide unit 20, and the working unit 10 is made to act on a flat cable Fc by a positioning groove 14 and a guide groove 13 made by the facing space. Since the height of the plate-shaped protrusions 2 in a disposing direction is inclined, they do not act on the parallel wires C at once but since they work on the side of a boundary between a part, around which a resin film P is wound and peeled part, the wires C can be prevented from damaging. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
