<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a mouse wireless, and to supply a power from a personal computer to the wireless mouse without using any radio wave or light as the carrying means of a mouse position coordinate signal. <P>SOLUTION: A mouse position coordinate signal generated in a mouse 4 is converted (or modulated) into a frequency suitable for induction radio by a mouse information signal generating/transmitting circuit 45, and transmitted through a coil 41 of the mouse 4, a coil 31 of a mouse pad 3, and transmission paths 6 and 6' to a receiver 5 or 5'. A receiving circuit 51 frequency-converts (or demodulates) the received signal, and transmits it to a personal computer main body 1. Coils 31 and 41 are connected by electromagnetic induction. A power connecting circuit 52 or 52', supplies the AC power of a keyboard 2 or the personal computer main body 1 to the transmission path 6 or 6' to execute power supply through the coils 31 and 41 to the mouse 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
