COMMUNICATION QUALITY MANAGEMENT METHOD AND ITS EXECUTION APPARATUS, AND ITS PROCESSING PROGRAM AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a degree of communication quality deterioration in a concerned link only from values such as a link average operating rate and the number of average simultaneous connection flows, which can simply be measured.

SOLUTION: The communication quality management method includes: a step of calculating the number of average simultaneous connection flows per a link average operating rate when a link average operating rate at a predetermined time interval is less than a predetermined first link average operating rate; and a step of extracting a set of the link average operating rate and the number of average simultaneous connection flows where the calculated link average operating rate is a predetermined second link average operating rate or over, and the number of average simultaneous connection flows passing through the link is greater than the product of the calculated number of average simultaneous connection flows per the link average operating rate and the calculated link average operating rate so as to calculate the quality deterioration degree of user flows.
