<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely receive a control signal transmitted from a remote controlled transmitter by a wireless signal. <P>SOLUTION: In the remote controlled transmitter 10, a remote control part 14 transmits a control signal from a transmission part 13 by the wireless signal in response to a human body detecting signal in a human detection sensor part 11, when the human detection sensor part 11 detects a human body. In a luminaire 20, a luminaire control part 24 controls a lighting condition of a lighting load 23 based on the received control signal, when a reception part 21 receives the control signal transmitted from an outside by the wireless signal, and transmits the received control signal from a transmission part 22.
