PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a reception characteristic by adaptively following after the time fluctuation in a propagation path response without decreasing transmission efficiency even in case of a large time fluctuation amount of residual phase errors. SOLUTION: A residual phase error compensation circuit 152 compensates a residual phase error included in an information OFDM symbol in which propagation path distortion compensation is not performed, based on the estimation result of a residual phase error estimation circuit 163. Switch 153, switch 154, complex multiplier 155, switch 156, multiplier 157, switch 158, multiplier 159, adder 160 and memory 161 constitute a propagation path distortion estimation section to calculate a propagation path estimation value. A complex multiplier 162 performs complex multiplication of the information OFDM symbol multiplied by the propagation path estimation value. A residual phase error estimation circuit 163 estimates a residual phase error included in the information OFDM symbol. A residual phase error compensation circuit 164 compensates the residual phase error included in the information OFDM symbol based on the estimation result of the residual phase error estimation circuit 163.
