摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an electrolytic capacitor with a stable electrical characteristics, which is not affected by external factors such as the storage amount of an electrolyte in an electrolyte envelope, the size and the number of the electrolytic capacitor and the like, and in which even if the electrolytic capacitor of different type is supplied continuously, the body of the electrolytic capacitor is completely dipped in the electrolyte and vacuum-impregnated. SOLUTION: An electrolyte envelope 10 storing an electrolyte 12 is lifted or lowered to an impregnation location HI and a standby location LO by an electrolyte envelope lifter 7 of an electric motor drive type. At impregnation at location HI, an upper liquid surface sensor 5 in which a liquid surface detection level is set above a body 11b of an electrolytic capacitor element 11 detects the liquid surface of the electrolyte 12. At the standby location LO, a lower liquid surface sensor 6 in which the liquid surface detection level is set to below the body 11b detects the liquid surface of the electrolyte 12. With this arrangement, the liquid surface of the electrolyte 12 at the impregnation location HI is maintained at a fixed position above the body 11b of the electrolytic capacitor element 11.
