PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently dispose contents by reducing the loads of nodes and communication traffic volume between the nodes relative to any time and positional changes of an access to the contents. SOLUTION: The contents are transferred between a plurality of relay nodes 11, 12, and 13 connected into a network, so that the plurality of contents are distributed to the respective nodes and delivered from the nodes close to users' terminals to the users' terminals at requests of the contents retrieval from users' terminals 14-20. The contents are added with peculiar attribute information such as their IDs and dynamic importance respectively and stored in and transferred to the respective nodes. The contents stored in the respective nodes are compiled such as being classified, merged, produced, erased, etc., based on the peculiar attribute information and distributed in the respective nodes.
