PURPOSE: A system for remotely monitoring and controlling antipollution facilities is provided to be embodied at a low cost by transmitting and receiving data using a DTMF(Dual Tone Multi Frequency) signal type in a plurality of terminals and a control server. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of terminals are installed in antipollution facilities, respectively for detecting operating state data of corresponding facilities, converting the operating state data together with itself ID into a DTMF signal, and transmitting the DTMF signal through a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network). A transmitting and receiving unit(24) receives the DTMF signal transmitted from the terminal and converts the received DTMF signal into a digital signal. A control server(21) stores the operating state data of the antipollution facilities received through the transmitting and receiving unit(24) in an operation information database(23) and manages the operation information database(23). An error notification device(28) pages a manager of corresponding facilities through the transmitting and receiving unit(24) when an error operation of the antipollution facilities is performed, and notifies an error operation content provided from the control server(21) to the paged manager as a voice.
