PURPOSE: A heating apparatus is provided to maintain uniformly the temperature of a heating plate by installing heaters of low output on a center part of the heating plate and the heaters of high output on an edge portion of the heating plate. CONSTITUTION: A heating apparatus includes a heating plate(1), an adiabatic material layer, a control portion(40), and a plurality of insulating bars(51,52). The heating plate includes a temperature sensor(20) and a plurality of heaters(11-16). The temperature sensor is arranged at a center of the heating plate. The heaters are arranged at both sides of the heating plate. The heaters of low output are arranged nearly to the temperature sensor. The heaters of high output are arranged remotely from the temperature sensor. The adiabatic material layer is formed under a bottom portion of the heating plate. The control portion supplies the operating power to the heaters. The insulating bars are inserted between the adiabatic material layer and the control portion in order to form voids.
