<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel whose depressing position can be accurately detected. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of second line electrodes 16 are arranged in parallel with fixed intervals on a base 12, and a plurality of first line electrodes 22 are arranged in parallel with fixed intervals at a pressurizing part 20 on the base 12. The first line electrodes 22 are arranged in the same longitudinal direction as that of the second line electrodes 16, and the first line electrodes 22 are made correspond to the second line electrodes 16 one to one along the thickness direction of the base 12. When any of the first line electrodes 22 is bent, and brought into contact with any corresponding second line electrode 16 by the pressurizing force applied to the pressurizing part 20, the conduction is detected by a scan circuit 30, and a voltage applied to the second electrode 16 is detected by a scan circuit 32.
