PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk having an enhanced copyright protection function. SOLUTION: A multi-session configuration is established. A first-class contents (copyright protection contents) is recorded in the program region of a first session region. A second-class contents (free contents) is recorded in the program region of a session region located behind the fist session region. A management information containing information for reproducing the first-class contents, multi-session information, and instructions information instructing the skip of the reproduction of the first-class contents is recorded in the management region of the first session region. Thus, no instructions information is recognized. The reproduction of the first-class contents of the first session is available depending on a CD player or the like for music reproduction. Meanwhile, skip operation is executed depending on a CD-ROM drive or the like for recognizing the instructions information, so that the first-class contents of the first session can not be reproduced.
