<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wrong leakage detection. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle, carrying a drive system 10 that converts DC power from a battery 12 through an inverter circuit 14 to a three-phase AC power suitable for driving a motor 18 and supplies the power to the motor 18, is provides with an oscillator 22, a detection resistance 24 connected to the rear stage of the oscillator 22, a capacitor 26 connected to a negative electrode bus-bar 16 of the inverter circuit 14 and the detection resistance 24, a low-pass filter 30 connected via a resistance 28 to a connection point P between the detecting resistance 24 and the capacitor 26, and an electronic control unit 40, that determines the occurrence of leakage in the drive system 10, based on the output of the low-pass filter 30. When a voltage level indicating the occurrence of a leak is detected at the connection point P, the electronic control unit 40 determined that a leak has occurred, when variation amount ΔVb of a voltage Vb of the battery 12 is equal to or smaller than the threshold ΔVref. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
