PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a charging/discharging control device wherein when external force is applied due to a drop or the like, deformation such as saging, warping or bending is caused in a wiring board housed in a battery pack so that the impedance of a switch circuit is increased. SOLUTION: Circuit parts 13 are suitably disposed in the periphery of the switch circuit 12 of the wiring board 11, whereby external force applied to the switch circuit 12 is softened by the circuit parts 13 to keep the impedance of the switch circuit 12 small.
