PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the fluctuation of a power source potential at a start of a booster circuit. SOLUTION: The booster circuit comprises a booster clock signal generating means 10 for generating a clock signal used for boosting, a plurality of booster means 21 to 23 for sequentially boosting the power source voltage based on the clock signal, and a control means 30, 41 to 43 for controlling so that a booster clock signal generated by the booster clock signal generating means is supplied at different timings to a plurality of the booster means.
