PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce aerodynamic resistance and noise of a pantograph using a simple pantograph cover. SOLUTION: Air flow 10 facing the pantograph 2 is received by mesh covers 103, 104 made of mesh and that stand with a curved or bent into a protruding shape in such a way as to be protruding toward the sides facing the air flow, when viewed from a planar surface. By dispersively passing the counter air flow 10, while transferring its force to the right and to left sides with the mesh surface of the protruding shape of the mesh covers, the noise from the pantograph 2 is reduced, achieving purposes at least including the reduction in the force of the central range according to the extent of transferred force to the right and to the left, and attenuation and speed reduction of the overall force by the dispersed passing and the fining of Karman vortex.
