PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diffused lighting attachment capable of obtaining appropriate video of an image pickup object in which outdoor daylight is apt to appear and which has high optical reflectance, and to provide an expanded image pickup device using the diffused lighting attachment. SOLUTION: This diffused lighting attachment 17 attached at a point of an object part of the expanded image pickup device for lighting an image pickup target object with diffused light is provided with an attachment ring 31 fixed to the point of the object part, an inner movable ring 32 freely rotatable with respect to the attachment ring 31, an outer movable ring 33 freely rotatable with respect to the inner movable ring 32, and an almost cylindrical light guide member 35 located on an inner side of the inner movable ring 32. The light guide member 35 is provided with an annular light incident surface 41 on the side of the object part, a light reflection surface 42 on the side of an outer circumference, and a light outgoing surface 43 on the inner circumference for diffusingly emitting light. The light guide member 35 moves in an axial direction within a prescribed range in accordance with relation rotation between the inner movable ring 32 and the outer movable ring 33.
