PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of communication in a network that generates a beacon channel under the leadership of a mobile terminal, generates a wireless network thereby, and again attributes the beacon channel to an access point of a wired network simultaneously with an access management to the wireless network. SOLUTION: In the method of communication in a wireless communication network comprising at least one access point and one mobile terminal, the mobile terminal detects a beacon signal; in the absence of the beacon signal, the mobile terminal transmits a mobile beacon signal; and on detection of the beacon signal transmitted by the access point, the mobile terminal stops transmitting the mobile beacon signal.
