PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus capable of automatically eliminating information temporarily stored in a transfer object data storage means by referring to a reply history from each terminal and transfer object data transfer history or the like to each terminal. SOLUTION: A facsimile control section 113 records transfer made on the basis of a transfer request reply and a transfer request when receiving the transfer request reply in response to a transfer object data storage notice from a terminal or records a transfer unnecessary reply when receiving a transfer unnecessary reply in response to the transfer object data storage notice. When any of the transfer request reply and the transfer unnecessary reply is recorded to all terminal columns of a history list of a history table TBL (transfer object data storage device 14), the facsimile control section 113 deletes the transfer object data stored in the transfer object data storage device 14.
