PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference disk for center positioning highly accurately carried out by reducing the eccentricity amounts of a PC sheet and a PC substrate, for example, in an optical disk manufacturing process or the like by the system of sticking the PC sheet and the PC substrate, and an eccentric alignment method using the same. SOLUTION: On one surface of a disk substrate 20 having a center hole (h), a reference line 22 roughly concentric to the center hole (h) is formed, and one original mark 1 is disposed which approaches the inner peripheral side of the reference line 22 to be used as a reference position on the reference line 22, and they are used for eccentric alignment.
