PURPOSE: A preparation system of a tablet-type pellet fertilizer is provided, to prepare a tablet-type pellet fertilizer with a size of 10 mm or less having excellent strength and hardness by using organic and inorganic fertilizers. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the steps of supplying a quantitative amount of source materials; mixing the supplied source materials during transferring it to a mixing conveyer(3); uniformly mixing the transferred materials with a paddle mixer(4); pulverizing the lump contained in the mixture and transferring the pulverized one to the mixing conveyer; separating and discharging the well pulverized one to a conveyer(8) and discharging the badly pulverized one to a collection tank; transferring the separated one upward by using a bucket-type elevator(10); removing iron from the transferred one; transferring the iron-removed one to a conditioner blender(16) and adding water to make it be turned soft; extrusion molding the source materials into a pellet of a desired size by using a pellet mill(17); injecting a coating agent; mixing the pellet and the coating agent with rotation to coat the surface of the pellet with the coating agent and collecting the broken pellets; transferring the coated and separated pellet upward by using a bucket-type elevator(21); cooling and crying the pellet; and separating the pellet by size and packing the separated pellet. |
