PURPOSE: A flow passage selecting valve and a recycling valve are provided reducing interference between pipes in a water softener, thereby reducing cost and improving productivity. CONSTITUTION: A switching valve handle(10) is formed in one side of a switch valve device. A ball(11) connected to a switch valve handle is received in a valve sheet(13). A water hole(12a) is formed in the center of the ball. A soft water hole(12b) is penetrated at the middle vertically. The ball and a nut(2) are connected by a wrench nipple(14). A soft water discharge port(5) is formed in one side connected to a water discharging port(2a). A water supply port(3) and a soft water discharging port(4) are formed in upper part of the switch valve device.
