PURPOSE: A centrifugal fan used in an air conditioner is provided to reduce loss of air by improving a structure of a fan housing of the centrifugal fan. CONSTITUTION: A centrifugal fan of an air conditioner includes an impeller and a fan housing(20). The impeller is connected to a motor and has a plurality of blades having curved end portions. An air intake port(21) is formed at a side of the fan housing(20) in such a manner that the air intake port(21) is opened towards a rotating shaft of the impeller. An air exhaust port(23) is formed at the front of the fan housing(20) in such a manner that the air exhaust port(23) is opened towards a radial direction of the impeller. Air passing through a heat exchanger is axially introduced into the impeller and radially discharged from the impeller. A side(25) of the fan housing(20) adjacent to the air intake port(21) is outwardly inclined.
