PURPOSE: A drainpipe using a plane heater is provided to promote the growth of the crops by improving heating and thermal insulating efficiencies. CONSTITUTION: The drainpipe using a plane heater comprises: a drainpipe(110) made with polyethylene film(112) and provided with a space(114); plane heaters(120) formed on the top of the drainpipe(110) in the shape of a band at regular intervals and formed by mixing 45¯50 percent carbon having electric resistance with 0.5¯1 percent P and In for electric resistance, then mixing/stirring 50¯55 percent adhesive acryl resins; and a copper electrode(122) connected to both sides of the plane heater(120) electrically to be connected to an external power source.
