In one embodiment the positioning system for data acquisition by means of a data acquisition system comprises at least one antenna that is passed over a surface (17) to be surveyed comprising: a plurality of guides (10) si de by side that can be coupled to said surface (17); a structure (13) comprisin g a surface having at least one guide (14) that engages with said plurality of guides (10) and suitable for being conducted along said plurality of guides (10), said structure (13) comprises said at least one antenna of said data acquisition system.
