<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables at least one of a side giving use right and a side given the use right to satisfy more than before. <P>SOLUTION: A rental company system 15, a user terminal 7, and a use right trading server 3 are connected to a communication network 17. The use right trading server 3 receives sale order data 29A and purchase order data 29B of the right to use a rental construction machine in a desired time zone on a desired day from the rental company system 17 or user terminal 7.
