<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an after-sales service management system for enabling both a supplier and a customer to share information of an after-sales service. <P>SOLUTION: The after-sales service management system has a terminal device 1 for the supplier, a terminal device 2 for the customer and a management device 3 and connects them through a communication network 4. The terminal device 1 for the supplier has a means for transmitting to the managing device 3 the information for the after-sales service about a delivery product. The management device 3 has a means for receiving the information for the after-sales service transmitted from the terminal device 1 for the supplier, a database 16 for storing or updating the received information for the after-sales service in each different customer, and a means for transmitting to the terminal device 2 for the customer 2 e-mail including the information for the after-sales service stored in the database 16 in its contents on the basis of a transmission operation by the terminal device 1 for the customer. The terminal device 2 for the customer has a means for receiving the e-mail including the information for the after-sales service transmitted from the management device 3 in the contents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
