MSDS PREPARATION SYSTEM, MSDS PREPARATION METHOD, AND PROGRAM THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MSDS preparation system, an MSDS preparation method, and a program therefor capable of correctly describing fixed phrases to be described on an MSDS corresponding to regulations.

SOLUTION: A regulation application table 12d stores judgement information to judge whether or not each regulation is applicable to the physical property information with relation to the 'Regulation ID' to specify the texts of the regulations. A physical property regulation extraction unit 15 extracts the 'Regulation ID' to specify the texts of the regulation applicable to the physical property information from the regulation application table 12d by judging the physical property information of a target substance by using the judgement information. A standard phrase table 12f stores standard phrases described in the MSDS with relation to the 'Regulation ID'. A standard phrase extraction unit 16 extracts the standard phrases to be described in the MSDS from the standard phrase table 12f based on the 'Regulation ID' extracted by the physical property regulation extraction unit 15.
