<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information control system capable of easily recording and referring to the required information at a work site, and favorable for performing a site work of high quality by effectively utilizing the information. <P>SOLUTION: The index information to constitute the data carrier information of a data carrier 20 is read by a reader/writer 30, and received by a communicating means 41 for the data carrier. The sound to indicate a command to instruct the reading of the contents is input in a microphone unit 4010 to constitute a sound input means 43. A terminal communication control means 42 transmits the data carrier information and the sound signal to a server means 60 via a network 50.
