PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsule body for marking and a system for searching and identifying a fleer or the like using the same to intimidate and chase a criminal such as a bank robber. SOLUTION: This capsule body 1 for marking is composed of an epidermal body and a marking agent 12 contained in the epidermal body 11. When the capsule body hits a fleer M or the like, a capsuled body adheres to the fleer M or the like as the epidermal body 11 is broken due to an impact of hitting. The marking agent 12 can be detected as abnormality even in an invisible state by a reaction to a detecting medium 3. A searching and identifying system 4 identifies the fleer M or the like with the marking agent 12 or a vehicle V or the like on the run by detecting adhesion of the marking agent 12 with the detecting medium 3 at a roadway related facility 44.
