<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for balancing active capacitor leakage current from a serial condenser and its device, and to provide a circuit for cutting, when laminated condenser is constructed so as to operate like a doubler. <P>SOLUTION: An active circuit, includes high voltage and low current transistors, such as a PNP bipolar transistor and an NPN bipolar transistor, for example, these transistors are configured by sink source voltage follower, and the transistor base is connected to a voltage potential divider circuit network, a part of DC input voltage is taken as a reference, using a resistance potential distributor with very high impedance and low loss. In one embodiment, either the emitters of PNP and NPN transistors, which are connected to contact point within the lamination, provides an active sing source drive, and keeps the voltage at this point to remain at the input reference voltage of sink source follower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
