<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a satisfactory solution in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: Data on the installations in a system configuration is acquired from a data base portion 18 by means of an optimization control portion 12, and an initial individual group, defined as information on the initial open/closed state of switches in the distribution system, is generated. Arbitrary initial individuals in the initial individual group or newly generated individuals are specified as the objects of processing of a mutation processing portion 14, a cross processing portion 15, and a local search portion 16, and each individual is successively subjected to mutation processing, cross processing, and local search processing (local search). Further, the evaluation value on each individual is obtained at a system configuration evaluation portion 13, and of individuals newly generated as a result of all the processings, an individual body which gives the minimum evaluation value is extracted as the optimum individual body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
