COOLING DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device which can prevent the leakage of a liquid medium passing as a cooling medium between cooling fins arranged inside a chassis and which is superior in maintenance and to provide the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the cooling device, an electronic unit is mounted and the electronic unit is cooled by using the liquid medium passing through the cooling fins arranged inside the chassis. The chassis is constituted of four sheet-like chassis members. The respective chassis members are constituted in such a way that the cooling fins are inserted into the chassis members from directions becoming the outer faces of the chassis. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
