<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business activity support method capable of easily, quickly and surely providing a person in charge of business with personal connections utilizable in business activity. <P>SOLUTION: An activity retrieval step of retrieving registered business activity information relating to the business activity of a supporting object in a storage means, an experienced person retrieval step of extracting a participant who has joined the business activity to be the origin of the retrieved business activity information as an activity experienced person, a direct acquaintance retrieval step of extracting the participant who has joined some kind of the business activity together with the person in charge of the business of the business activity of the supporting object in the storage means as a direct acquaintance, an indirect acquaintance retrieval step of extracting the participant who has joined the business activity together with the direct acquaintance in the storage means as an indirect acquaintance, a solution candidate generation step of gathering the information of the participant who is the activity experienced person and also the direct acquaintance or the indirect acquaintance as a solution candidate set, and an output step of outputting the solution candidate set to an output device are performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
