PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered inductor array, having three spiral inductors or more in a laminate, with reduced variations in the dc resistance and inductance of the inductors and which is highly reliable. SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of spiral inductors, (both side spiral inductors 2a, 2d and central spiral inductors 2b, 2c) disposed in a laminate 1, has the same turns and coil diameter. Nonmagnetic layers 11 (11a, 11b) are formed in the laminate 1 in the region where the central spiral inductors 2b, 2c are disposed to shield the magnetic flux of those inductors. Further, the central spiral inductors are arranged, at least orthogonally crossing the line connecting the center axes of both the side spiral inductors or in parallel with the coil axes, while being staggered with each other when viewed from a direction almost parallel to the coil axis.
