PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of being unable to sufficiently restrain reflection of a signal when increasing a transmission speed of the signal even if ground arrangement and the length of a fitting part in a connector 7 are devised through the reflection of the signal can be restrained when the transmission speed of the signal is not so fast. SOLUTION: This signal relay device is constituted so that an electric short circuit stab 8 is connected to a transmission passage 2 of a daughter board 1, and thus can perform an effect capable of restraining the reflection of the signal even if the transmission speed of the signal is increased.
